Richard Ding , the founder of Santefam Healthcare, a senior expert in the global IVD industry. He has won the honor of leading figure IVD in China. He has successively served as the Executive Committee Member and Asia-Pacific President of bioMérieux, and CEO of KHB, first listed China IVD company. As first ten employees of Myriad Genetics team that discovered and developed BRCA and Strategy and Biz Dev. at Eli Lilly and Company, he has served as an independent director in NASDAQ, and has led the mergers and acquisitions of more than a dozen companies at home and abroad, including Biofire, one of the most successful molecular diagnosis companies in the United States in the past decade, and Tianlong Technology in China. Majored in microbiology from Fudan University, master of Southern Illinois University, MBA from University of Utah.

She has served in business operations positions in some listed companies such as GenScript and Kehua Bio-Engineering.  Nancy received her MS degree in Genetics from Sichuan University.

Liqin has 10+ years of experience in consulting and innovative product marketing management, focusing on early cancer screening, maternal and child health, etc. She has worked for Deloitte Shanghai, Yikon Medical, and Micromedmark Biotech.  Liqin received her BS degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
